Order No. [protected] I have ordered Zain multicolored Wall clock whose delivery date was 19 December 2015 and it is still not delivered. When I called in customer care they don't even bother to listen and telling their own recorded lines. They told me that we will escalate the matter but it is still not escalated. I m frustrated now and I m going to consumer forum.
