I had ordered a set of 5 tops on 21 feb 2014, I ordered XL size and after waiting for 20 days I got my order the size of the same was M, I called on their customer care number they asked me to send it back to their warehouse after waiting for again 17 days I got a call from their customer care relationship officer that they could not get those tops of my size, I asked them to return my amount back on 1st april 2014 I received the mail that they are working on my case and would refund my money in 7-8 working days. After writing so many mails which I didnt get any reply and calling so many times to their customer care number who are unable to connect to retention department I dont know what to do. I feel I would not get my amount back but this is very pathetic services I dont trust any online shopping now, I am very frustrated

    I had participated in the Contest organised by your Company in March 2012 .Nothing was ever heard or communicated to us for over TWO YEARS, however, your Settlement Team sent me An Intimation Email ( on 18th April 2014, ) from [protected]@indiatodaybookclub.co.in to furnish the Relevant Details about My Purchases and other data, while entering this contest in March 2012.
    Shri. Raju Shrivastav ( Cell No. [protected] ), Sachin Upadhaya ( Cell No. [protected], Mr. Zuber Sheikh the concerned Officials from your Settlement Team, are in touch with me, to offer details and clarifications .
    On 23/04/2014, I have been communicated that I will have to deposit 3% of Prize- Money, as token, to remain in touch and business with your Company for the Year 2014 and also I should give an undertaking to your Company that, the Income-Tax liability in this Prize Disbursement shall be taken care of by me .

    In this regard, I wish to draw your attention to the following --

    1. In all business deals, Income-Tax named as T. D. S. ( Tax Deducted at Source ) is deducted by the Paying
    Authority, and Net Payment is made to the Payee, giving A T.D.S. Certificate for him to file in his I.T.Return
    2.I am 76 years by age and I do not have both the required funds in balance nor any regular Income source at the
    fag end of life. Thus, I will not be able to pay this 3% Charges, in Advance, to your Company .
    3.Your Officers are in due receipt of All The Required Documents from me. I find some slips, like,
    my name not being spelled correctly however this can be sorted out .
    3. On my personal credentials, I am A Civil Engineering Graduate ( Year 1960 ) and had carried out extensive Heavy Civil Engineering Projects, all over India, Nepal etc. To cite a few -- 1 Madras Atomic Power Project at
    Kalpakkam, Port Developments in over Ten Ports, encircling Entire Coastal Line from Kandla to Kolkatta.,
    Kolkatta Metro Railway, Tamur Bridge in Nepal and so on !
    4. I have all the good intentions to continue the very good relations with your Company and shall fulfill this requirement of 3%, however, only on receipt of the Prize-Money due to my present plight .

    I trust, you will carefully go thro' the above and do the needful at the earliest . Kindly confirm, your present Settlement Move and Action, is fully backed by your Parent Organisation, INDIA TODAY .

      Hi I have ordered my t-shirts on March 10th 2014. It's been like more than 45 days to get my order. I received 5th or 6th mail asking me to wait for another 5-6 working days. No specific reason why they are not sending my order, customer care people, worst. I have paid properly for my order. Very disappointed with site. I will never ever buy anything from Bag It Today again. These people don't have ethics. It's just a fake and full of deceiving.

        Hi, I have booked 3 pair of shoes order on 20th march 2014, And payment has been made by my Credit card online, After 10 days i am surprised to see online website they have updated status RTO updated refund, without Contacting me nor came to my place for delivery they have updated status as returned . Till now i have made complaints to about 5 - 6 time in 2 weeks iam getting same response that it will be re Couriered . 2 mail has been sent from my ID, if iam not getting my product within 2 days you will see how far an Consumer can go.             This is the complain about bagittoday website .They are harassing me since last month.First A person name Mr.chandramohan call me and manage to take order value of rs.5599 in the month of september.He promises me that I have been choosen as one of the lucky customer in their consumer zone and if I will buy that particular order then my shopping points will increase and I will become their platinum member and every time I will purchase their product I will get an additional discount of 60 to 70 percent besides of that I will win an assured gift that is panasonic LED, samsung galaxy III, Apple 64 GB playbook or a hyundai ion car and winner will be declared on 31st of march 2014.I ordered that product after that he didn't come back to me.I mail to them call to them but I did not got right response from their side.After some time in the month of November the person name mr. Anil call me and very intelligently he told me that my mail id and password that is discussed by mr. chandramohan is now with me and I will get that if i ordered that product of value 13999/- and besides of it my assured gift will be Hyundai EON car and I will be declared winner on 31st of march2014 because my shopping points will be above of all. When I ordered that product on 10th of march 2014 but after order he given me a e-mail ID but not that password .Also he told me to pay through ECS that term is not known by me he told me like EMI, ECS is available on debit card payment if anything wrong in fulfilling of promises then you can make stop payment but it did not happened and whole amount has been debited to my account at once as he is promised that everything regarding ECS is managed by him only. After some days later I called and complain about this then their executive person are laughing at me till today i did not got my order I complain about this many times and cancel the order they provided me a fake shipment no. and telling me that once we will get our product we will refund your money or can buy anything from our website. Blue dart courier says this is the fake awb no. and they are always saying that they are searching their dispatch .I just want my money back who are they to hold my money like this ?since I have been cheated twice by such kind of fraud sales promotion call one or two person cannot be held liable against it the whole scam is very well planned and promoted by company only.                         I ordered an Item through BagItToday and I never received it. When I asked for refund, they proposed me to collect points instead, which I denied. Whenever i called them regarding refund, they ask me to take points. After 2 months, they agreed to refund my money back but that happened 3 months ago..I never got my money back. I trusted that site as it was from TimesGroup but will never go next time.

                          As order no 33726892 on March 22, i have got the item Revolving Mop on april 4 2014 and as we saw item was defected and some cracks are there and also the quality of mop is not upto the mark mns quality is Poor and my mother made them call 3 times and i sent them mails and put complaint on their site also but they r not responding on call and email also...my complaint no is 133754... i have paid them 848 rs through net banking and now one of my friend told me about you so now i decided finally to tell you about this and really need your help as you know how we r working and earning money and these type of [censored]ing sites are hacking our hard earn money...
                          Actually my mom has got a back pain so i wanted to give her that MOP and i saw discount in BAGITTODAY... but i think i have lost my money...

                            I had placed order for Steam Mop on 21st. March, the mop was delivered on 1st. April. While doing assembly I found that the water tank cap is missing. The Steam Mop can not be used without this cap. I sent them e-mail on 2nd. April but till date I have not received any response.

                              A big mistake of my life was done by that ihad selected to order from bag it today where the chep person are siting & also customer care dnt able to help the customer. i had placed a order id 33714112 which was dispatch by FedEx Express By consignment no.[protected]. Date 22 Mar-2014. I pay the cash amount. & when i open the box i got surprised they are using fake brand name D&Y shirts in which 3 shirts are defected 2 is rat cutting one is not properly sewing with machine., kindly take against them..when i contact through online chat agent told me to call on helplin there i talked with sangini she told me that system was not working then i send a mail on same date till now i couldn't get any revert from them.date i was mail 01 Apr-2014.kindly do something

                                  Plz. let me know when r u going to organize the bag it today/ shopndrive contest... you first told this will be organized on 31st of November13... After that 31ST of march, , , And Now Which date have you commenced up Finally... Plz. dont make fools to ur Customers repeatedly.. you can make customers fool through your Promotional offers and couldn`t provide as told products over the Phone... There All of the executives r just a ************ ... I would Never Suggest any one to go Through the promotional offers of bag it today...These people r not Trustworthy...I am a victim among those people who had been made fool by the company Executives...I had paid Rs.12999/- and was told to u will be getting these...these Products in return...None of the Product were upto Satisfaction...As a Friend I request you all not to Be a part of those Promotional Products...                                       I ordered Lee Cooper Shoes on 16/03/2014 still the products are not dispatched and today's date is 31/03/2014 The order no. 33714438 by using Net Banking and The order no. 33714458 by using COD (both are same products) I called to customer care they are not responding well and they are telling like this we are just Customer Care representatives we can't do anything The Name of the Customer Care Representative is Mr. Suchendra Nearly I call to the customer care 5 times all are telling wait sir the product will dispatch to you and they are not telling the exact day of the delivery. I complaint by using email also they are not giving the proper response for me Sir please respond to this complaint and deliver the product quickly and it is very shame to you sir If you don't respond I will take severe action.

                                        I ordered shoes from BAGITTODAY but I have got the shoes which I ordered and not even in the expected time. Now when I called at the customer care number they are just spending their time by refusing that the issue will be resolved as soon as possible and they clearly refuses to transfer the call to supervisor. I have two interaction ids which are 1454561 & 1455146.

                                        I have send them 3 mails but still not received any acknowledgement and at last I had to call them again and the person put my call on the hold and took 8-9 minutes to reach his mailing team and they provided me a response on the mail in between the call. But the promises I received on call and on mail are totally different and according to normal agent the reversal pick up time is 3-7 days and for supervisor is 7-10 days. I think they had been trained with nothing just giving excuses and making troubles and confusion for the caller. The call was near about for an hour. I have attached two images for the convenience (The one in black is the one I received and the brown is what I ordered)

                                        I need justice and money I wasted over phone.

                                        The manager's (Mr. DominicI intervene has gone in vain. I think online shopping has a different meaning and seriously BAGITTODAY's tag line should be WHAT YOU SEE IS WHAT YOU NOT GET.

                                        Again these guys have send me a surprise box which does not have the correct shoe in it and now instead of getting anger I am laughing out loudly with my mates because what I understand now is even a manager can not do anything and has no liabilities against his duty.
