Selling sub standard non working music instrument by bajao via snapmint and not refunding amount despite return of the faulty prod

I had purchased a music instrument by the brand name vault ikon mk2 49 key midi controller from music instruments seller website bajao.com. On 12.3.25. On this website they claim to sell all products after proper checking of its functioning and quality. But to my dismay this product they had sold to me and sent by blue dart courier was of low quality and not functioning properly (See attached video) so I returned it to them by reverse pickup...

I placed order for Epiphone Crestwood Tremotone Custom 6 String Electric Guitar - Polaris White -1 unit vide Order Number 476795.
Since you don’t have the unit had to cancel the order. I request to refund the amount paid on all priority. So far I haven’t received any communication regarding refund of amount. I request you to address on priority as per RBI guidelines since the payment is made by credit card....

Customer service

Got an instrument delivered by them ( pretty pricy). It was in all probability a QC reject and now they won't initiate a return or refund process even when it's under the return period ( it's the 11th day). I have been pushing this since the last 4 days without any success. Absolutely trash customer service, their team lead guy at aftersales (not naming him) hangs up on the call midway through the sentence, doesn't let you speak, doesn't...

They are not claiming my warranty and harassing me.

I had purchased an audio interface from them and its not working and still in warranty and also in their Premium Warranty but they are not providing the warranty and only giving time limit where as the Manufacturer is saying to claim the warranty and when i was taking to their costumer care their behaviour was so rude.How could a company could do this to their costumer.Very disappointed....

Hopeless return policies

I bought a audio device which is normally non returnable but 5day returns allowed by Bajaao.com under conditions like being defective.

I received a defective product and I reported the defect with evidence to Bajaao.com the very next day.

It's over a month gone by and they are not responding to my concern. They are reluctant to accept return. Their helpdesk executives don't provide any conclusive response except...

I bought m track audio interface from Bajaao online shop.
The product is defective. I informed them on 4th day within the 5 day return period.

Since then they are not responding at all. Helpdesk on ext 3 just say thank you and keep the call. They say senior manager will call back, but it's 15 days and no one has called back.
Writing to helpdesk does not help. They do not respond to emails. They only sell products, don't provide any after sales support. This is despite product being in warranty.
Their return policy is fake and I regrate buying from Bajaao.
Avoid this company and stick to good systems like Amazon only for all your online shopping.

    I wish to inform all my fellow consumers interested in music / musical instruments to stay away from this terribly cheating company called Bajaao.com

    I purchased a audio interface and it’s just not working as expected. It’s misbehaving on Windows.

    I have shared the issue with them several days back and claimed my return and refund but they are not responding. They are not saying anything on it and their customer care executives simply bluff or take you for ride.

    They are not working on solving my problem. This is a terribly lying and cheating company. They sell you substandard products and when you bring the defects to their attention do not respond. I wasted by 7000 Rs buying a product from them.

    I regret doing business with this cheater and I will not make this mistake again.

      Poor customer service

      From my so far interaction with Bajaao dot com I have come to following conclusions
      1. They never timely respond to helpdesk mails when the issue is complex
      2. They do not communicate back with customers in time
      3. They are unwillingly to accept defects in products if reported
      4. Their return policy is very poor they are not prompt and genuine unlike amazon
      5. Their customer care staff especially...

        It may be bit early to comment but now it's almost 6 days since I asked them some queries and they have not responded.

        I have some detailed queries on some products like audio interfaces. Most of the info I require is not available on the product page.
        The product is not even listed on the manufacturer website.
        So I asked then detailed queries thru email. I also followed up and asked them if they need more time. I even wrote to higher ups but despite 6 days gone no one is responding.
        This is poor service. I hope they improve it soon.

          Product not dispatched after claiming warranty

          I had a warranty claim for a product. They asked me to ship the product to their location which will be repaired and returned within 90 days.
          My query was raised in the system on 4th jan 23. After 90 days around, i had asked for an update again to which i was replied that it is still under processing. I requested for an escalation since it has been more than 90 days to which another person replied to me saying my dispatch of the product...

            Ordered an open box boss dd-3 pedal from bajaao on 19 august thinking it was an awesome deal, but to my complete shock, a rusted old, white pedal that looks like some cheap clone stamped with dilapidated boss rubber pads on it was what I received

            It looks nothing like the picture shown on their website

            Contacted their customer service regarding it, and their reply has been, “forwarded to the concerned department” since day 1 of my complaint

            It was ordered onIt has been 2 weeks and I am still yet to get an update regarding the same

            And now, they are not picking up my calls anymore, and still no update on my grievance

            I kindly request your assistance in resolving my problem.

              Multiple times Called the customer Care but no response from 15+days.

                I received my order of Portronics harmonics neckband on 28 may 2022 but the product is not good and has fault .Next day i called on the official number of bajao to return my product but the call is not placed .after many calls they received and said that it will take time and i mailed after a week because there is no response from their side. They are making excuses whenever i called and they forward my call but not returning my money.Please solve my problem as soon as possible.

                  I have ordered a guitar yamaha f280 on 25.05.22 and it was ought to be dispatched within 15 days. Now it is 18th day from order date but the website says the product is yet to be dispatched. I have mailed to [protected]@bajao.com and also tried calling their customer care executives but neither of them cared to solve my issue. I have already paid the order amount. If they are unable to deliver the product then cancel it and refund the money.

                    I have received defective korg PA 300 Keboard on march 22 vide invoice SI-FY22-BH-6107 order no 388211 i have emailed my queries to Ronit who still has not responded to me via email and i have called over phone dated 8/4/2022 12:30 pm and asked for partial refund or full credit to my bank but still i didn't received any email on this please provide me with the resolution

                      Unprofessional and Unethical Business cheating people

                      They take ages to deliver. That too they deliver defective used product for a price of new unit. There is no after sales service and no transparency of the order or refund status. Complete scammers these peoples are!
                      I don't recommend Bajaao to anyone. Please don't repeat the mistake that I did....

                      Hey so I was actually in this music website named Bajaao and I was just looking and browsing at some Instruments.

                      Then I saw a guitar and I was curious what payment system they had.

                      So I just create an account and was going to the payment

                      I didn't pay it and I left it there for a while in the cart.

                      Then after some hours .

                      The people from bajaao started calling me and said that I had an order for the guitar in the cart.

                      I was so shocked how they managed to get my number since I did not even complete the payment.

                      Then after a while

                      I decided to create a fake account just to see what payments they had.

                      I had selected payment of cheque and thought that I had to write my information on the cheque online but

                      I didn't know that it had to be done offline.

                      So I just clicked ok and then a page appeared where it had said thank you for purchasing, or order confirmed.

                      Then I was so scared that I had done a mistake by ordering the guitar.

                      So all night I could not sleep and i decied to call them the next day.

                      But they did not pick up the call and I was so scared.

                      Then I found the cancel form for bajaao.

                      I had entered the details for the cancel form and waited for their reply.

                      After 3 to 4 hours

                      A replied from them came

                      And they said that the order was successfully cancelled.

                      In the cancel form I had also written that it was a fake account and I also apologised to them for my grave mistake.

                      I thought to myself

                      If the guitar is with them and I do not pay the cheque then no one loses anything

                      I had cancelled the form on that day because I didn't want them to ship the guitar to the destination and hence will not lose money over shipping.

                      On that day that the order was cancelled, i was relieved and happy.

                      But after a few hours I had a feeling that something was still wrong

                      So the next day I wrote an apology letter to them and waited for two days for the reply.

                      Then they replied, " Dear sir, we appreciate your concern . We would love to do business with you in the future ".

                      I was happy and that time and then was okay for a few days.

                      But then after a few days.

                      A thought came to me that what if they were angry at me for cancelling the order and about the fake account

                      And I thought that they will file a case and report me to the police

                      Scared of that, from that day to this day I am still scared for my life

                      And can't even sleep, eat or do anything.

                      So yesterday I wrote an letter to them through the cancel form and apologised to them for my mistake

                      And also told them that I hope you will not file a report on me for the mistake of ordering a guitar and then cancelling it.

                      But today I got a reply from them that they say the order has been successfully cancelled.

                      To my surprise I saw that the order id was different from mine.

                      And now I am scared

                      I have written a cancel form to them that they have cancelled a wrong order id.

                      Actually my way of writing on the cancel form was to apologize to them for my mistake.

                      But when they said that they successfully cancelled the order of a different order id

                      I'm starting to imagine what is happening with bajaoo.

                      Because I wrote an apology to them and they said the order was successfully cancelled.

                      But the thing that is still frightenong me and preventing me from sleep, eat and work

                      Is if they are angry and might file a report one me since I order the guitar and did not pay the cheque

                      In my thinking, i thought that

                      If I don't get the guitar and don't send the cheque because it was a fake account

                      The guitar stays with them and they are not scammed since they have the product with them and is not stolen or lost.

                      I had go through the terms of bajaoo and found that out that acceptance of an order will be by reply to the email or by delivering the item to me

                      But since the order was cancelled

                      I dont think that the guitar will come to me .also I didn't get any confirmation of payment on my email.

                      Am i safe?

                      I am scared for life.

                      Will they call the police on me?

                      The order is cancelled but I am still feeling scared and can't sleep for days.
