    Ordered an open box boss dd-3 pedal from bajaao on 19 august thinking it was an awesome deal, but to my complete shock, a rusted old, white pedal that looks like some cheap clone stamped with dilapidated boss rubber pads on it was what I received

    It looks nothing like the picture shown on their website

    Contacted their customer service regarding it, and their reply has been, “forwarded to the concerned department”...

    I received my order of Portronics harmonics neckband on 28 may 2022 but the product is not good and has fault .Next day i called on the official number of bajao to return my product but the call is not placed .after many calls they received and said that it will take time and i mailed after a week because there is no response from their side. They are making excuses whenever i called and they forward my call but not returning my money.Please solve my problem as soon as possible.

      I have ordered a guitar yamaha f280 on 25.05.22 and it was ought to be dispatched within 15 days. Now it is 18th day from order date but the website says the product is yet to be dispatched. I have mailed to [protected]@bajao.com and also tried calling their customer care executives but neither of them cared to solve my issue. I have already paid the order amount. If they are unable to deliver the product then cancel it and refund the money....

      I have received defective korg PA 300 Keboard on march 22 vide invoice SI-FY22-BH-6107 order no 388211 i have emailed my queries to Ronit who still has not responded to me via email and i have called over phone dated 8/4/2022 12:30 pm and asked for partial refund or full credit to my bank but still i didn't received any email on this please provide me with the resolution

      They take ages to deliver. That too they deliver defective used product for a price of new unit. There is no after sales service and no transparency of the order or refund status. Complete scammers these peoples are!
      I don't recommend Bajaao to anyone. Please don't repeat the mistake that I did....

      Hey so I was actually in this music website named Bajaao and I was just looking and browsing at some Instruments.

      Then I saw a guitar and I was curious what payment system they had.

      So I just create an account and was going to the payment

      I didn't pay it and I left it there for a while in the cart.

      Then after some hours .

          Hello, My order Id is 382035; I ordered my guitar on 31st of January and still have no information about the delivery. While they claim they shipped it; it has been 10 days and I have not received any tracking details or notification whatsoever. While the status on their app shows “Processing/Packed”. I called them and sent numerous emails; none of the customer care executives (especially Tara Rathore) seem to address the core problem...

          Need a refund or a new product key as the one received with my audio interface doesn't allow me to register on the manufacturers website as the serial number provided on the back of the devices is already used.

          Being struggling to connect with customer care and every one keeps saying they have forwarded the query...

          I broesed Bajaao site for a guitar but had not purchased it. I was called by Bajaao tech Sridharh saying that they have a Fender CV Made in Mexico ready at the warehouse. So I thought its a good bargain an purchased it. He convinced me that I will receive a Mexican Fender. I received the guitar yesterday 04 Feb 2022 and they sent me an Indonesian make guitar. I called up Sridharh and he said he will call me back but no one called to resolve...

          I bought a guitar amp as an Open box item but it is totally defective and seems like was sent for repair in a south mumbai electronics repair shop. Don't buy from the crooks of Bajaao. These guys are literally doing a Bajaao job on the customers....

          Hi,

          I purchased one guitar which seems to have some damage, so as per company policy i had to delivered it back. So as per our discussion and mail confirmation i was told that i would receive a new guitar as it comes under warranty. But its been close to 2-3 months now nobody is responding upon my mail, calls and there is no sign if i am going to receive my guitar or money back yet. I have called and asked multiple times to connect to a supervisor to share my concern but none of the executive has done that. So disrespectful and unprofessional. I want some action to be taken against them please help me.

            I ordered a drum kit and an amplifier totalling 79.7k and thereafter the company has dispatched my order as per them through a closed down courier company in whose warehouse my product is sitting for 14 days. Bajaao customer care says everyday it will get dispatched tomorrow but nothing happens. No complaint is taken...they hang up my call upon insisting to talk to supervisor. So many days they have not resolved the issue neither do they...

            I ordered an equipement from Bajaao.com and shortly after that they emailed saying that the shipment is delayed and might arrive in January 2022 end. So I opted for a refund, however, now it has been 2 weeks and everytime I email them or call them, they say I will get the refund in 24 working hours. This is getting out of hand now, how many days do I need to get a refund? This is not a way to do a business, tried Bajaao for the first time...
