I have booked tool kit setfollowing his add on T.V.They have given me false detail
of the product &repeated calling me that We are delivering the product today tomorrow
unnecessary calls are coming asking repeatedly address details 7lot of rubbish things
but yet not delivered the product.

I have order a reebok combo offer in that they promise to give those thing . 1 . Provogue wrist watch , 2. Reebok floater , 3. Reebok bag , 4. Reebok swift sprint shoes , 5.reebok watch , 6. Reebok sunglass , 7 .reebok t-sirt , 8.videocon mobile phone . Those are worth rupees 3400 after all discount.
I hav order those thing on 19/7/2011 . In between they called me so many time for address verification perpose ... I told them correct address so many time . Then they atlast dispatch my order they promise it will be recieve within 15 days .. N its doesn,t rcvd, thn after 5 month later on 1/12/11 i rcv that package from bag it today in my nearest post office . I went and took that parsel . When i came back to home. And i open the parsel i found only waste book in the shoe box n floater box , and i got only three item in that box . That was .. reebok bag , reebok watch , reebok sunglass . And those thing also fake not an good quality and when i mailed them about this They r not replying properly . And they are not even talking on phone about this ..
. This company is totally fake some one have to take an action on them .

Not Receiving OF All Products:
My membership num-BIT[protected] and BIT[protected] complaint regarding not receiving of Reebok shoes,Track suit, sunglasses,Diamonds,water purifier,camera,Mobile phone and Mp4.. I would like to bring it to your kind notice that so far i have not received though i have made payment of Rs-1,00,000 through credit card(SBI).
Therefor I request your gud self to kindly look into the matter and see that the above items are delivered immediately. I have already sent a similar complaint to response bagittoday.com and so far nothing has been heard from them otherwise i shall be constrained to take up the matter to the consumer grievances cell for the delayed and non-delivery of the goods.

non refund of money
On 5/12/2011, I chose to order for a watch in bag it today. After confirming the availability, an amount of Rs.848/- + 99/- has been deducted from me with a promise that the said item will be delivered in 7-10 days. After the stipulated period, no delivery was made. When called, I was informed that the item was not available and baggit today has been trying to procure the same in 8-15 days time. Since, the very purpose for which the watch was ordered, was defeated, I was left with no other option but to seek refund.

Since 15/12/2011, several contacts were made with Baggit today for the refund. Every time Bag it today promised to refund the amount in 8-10 days. Even after 20 days of order, I am yet to get the refund.

This is clearly showing the way Bag it today has been operating. They simply deceive the customer showing that the item is available, deduct the money immediately and neither deliver the item nor refund the money. It is quite a sorry state of affairs at Bag it today, which propagates itself as the subsidiary of India Today group.

I would like to request all the netizens to take adequate precautions while ordering something from bag it today.

I have received 08.12.2011 E-Mail from ITBC chairman sweepstake commmittee Mr.Nitin kumar vide his Mail ID [protected]@in.com and also SMS from Mr.Rakesh Rathi,Regional manager from mobile no.[protected],that I have won a prduct of Rs.3,14,000/- for which 10% S.Tax has to be transfered in their account.Again on date 12.11.2011 Mail as well SMS that your product has been converted to cash amount of Rs.3,14,000/- and for that 15% S.Tax has to be paid. I have agreed and they have send details in which account with account no.as their details I have transfered Rs.45,000/- as a S.TaX in the name of Mr. Veer Mani Singh,H.R accountant of ITBC account no.[protected] at SBI KAKORE Branch,on 14.12.2011 vide Transtion Ref.IT326974 at 6.45pm.But till now they are not responding my Mail as well as telephonic call what about my winning money,now what I'll do for getting back my money.I have also seen INDIA TODAY BOOK CLUB web site my name has come in cash winner 2011 in srl.no 7 out of 8.

This is with regards to the "FREE GIFT" on the subscription of 2 years (PREV1585185) I was suppose to receive from Prevention magazine 2 years back. They have still not sent me the free gift item. Every time I call them, either the phone is not chargeable or then the call centre people literally crap all the way till the end of the call. I had received a call from Roseline ([protected]) from India Today some 5 months back telling me that she was handling the complaints and gifts dispatch department now. And that i will receive my gift in 3 weeks time. Finally some 3 months back the gift arrived but I was out of station and I had asked the courier person to hold it back and I will collect within 2 days to which he agreed. But then to my horror, when I went to claim the gift courier, they said they had already sent it back to India Today Delhi. The courier people were offering me somebody else's gift and asking me to keep it. I couldn't believe my eyes. I refused to take it and I called Roseline again to which she said she will check on it and she said once they receive the gift back, she will order for a delivery and I will receive the gift in 3 weeks time. I haven't received the gift till date. Now the Roseline lady has also vanished and my calls are no longer picked !!!

False assurances and full of lies is what Prevention and India today is all about. None of the people co-operated with me. Every time I send a firing mail, all I get is lame responses from some useless person who can only assure me. I have waited for 2 years and still these people have no shame to ask me to keep waiting for 3 weeks more.

I had directly written to the editor but in vain. I have written to the Head of customer care department, the editor, the complaints person.

Nothing has worked.

Will I ever get my gift back?? If not then why did they lure people into buying 2 years subscription?All crap, when you don't want to give the people what they have to be having!!!!

I Ishwardas Kumbhare purchased a holiday package from BAGITTODAY on 27 November 2011 via a mobile call from the company. They convinced me to buy their holiday package via mobile. i bought the product and it was told to me that they will email me the product details and the order booking number via email in one day. While booking the order i was told to confirm hotel booking in 30 days advance but while confirming the holiday package i was told to confirm the hotel booking 45 days in advance and should send a DD of around 800 in advance to confirm the hotel booking . This the false information given to be while booking the package, Since then i am waiting for the confirmation of my order vial email . I haven't even got any product from them but the transaction has been cleared and amount of Rs 7000 has been debited from my account and credited in BAGITTODAY'S"account . When i try to call their customer care and ask me for the order no which is[protected] and that is not available in their system . Customer care doesnt even listen to me . I feel very helpless and cheated. Everyday i receive a call from bagittoday for confirmation of the order and they tell me that i will receive a email of confirmation in 2 min but till today i havent got any email from them. I guess i have lost my Rs 7000 . Please let know how can i cancle the transaction .

on 22 Nov. i got the call from sales dept (Sanu singh) regarding the holiday pack.

As he told i m interested for one pack and i did transition online for 7000/-. but at the time of final transit it fails and i conformed from sanu singh regarding the order conformation. He told me the order was not booked and check the mail & SMS. I also checked the mail & SMS but no order conformation was received by me.

He told me for the on 2nd time transition and this was sucussful and i got the order conformation also from bag it today as[protected].

After that i gor two SMS from my bank for 2 transiction of 7000/- than i forward the same to mr. sanu singh & his boosto this no as they gave me i.e.[protected].

He told me the same complaint was forward to concern dept. after 10 day when i call to customer care he told me my two order was already booked and dispatched.

I informed Sanu singh & also send the bank on line statement as roof and do the needful.

But i dont get any +ve responce.

the same think was happen previously 2 months back with me and the money was returned after 1.5 months later.

If such frade activity's going on with the good company than this is not good.

So, i request if such responses received the i will not continue any relation further and for this reason I want to canceled the two orders as oder no[protected] & [protected]..

I purchased a shoe and gogles from bagittoday. After 20 days they sent me the SMS that they can nit process my order and going to refund my money back as the products are not under stock. If product was not under stock than why they were showing that on their website. They had my money for 20 days. I was not able to use that money for almost a month. I will suggest not to buy anything from them. The executive told me that they take the order first and than look if they have products with them or not. Than what is the use of buying from this site.

I had got a email from 'bagittoday' stating "REWARD FOR YOU- ENJOY YOUR HOLIDAY AT JUST RS. 1000/DAY, Enjoy 7 Nights / 8 Days stay in premium resorts* Anywhere in the world for just Rs 7000"‏ on 19.02.2011. I contacted to the company via enquiry form which was attached to such email. I got a call from such fraud company on 07.03.2011 and there was some Uday Partap Singh on line. He told the same things as I got in the mail and also told that this offer is for Four Adult people and I would get 2 double bed rooms for seven days. I was convinced to buy the package and I bought the package and paid the amount via IVR system through the credit card for Rs 7000 on 07.03.2011. After some days I got the booking form via courier. My order number was 346421 via invoice no TRNPL/DLI/10-11/327715 invoice dated 08.03.2011. Company allotted me the Membership no. BIT[protected]. I was also allotted the unique number '[protected]' to claim the special offer. I was very happy to get this offer. I made a Demand Draft No 731267 on dated 15.03.2011 for Rs 750.00 in favor of Affordable Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd, payable at Delhi as service charges for booking the resort at Goa and posted it to the company's address.

My happiness disappeared when I began to call to the company's customer care number. First I didn't get any response by phone. When I tried the phone for so many times, a person came on the line and told that they are confirming the booking from the hotel and I would be informed with in 1-2 days. Then I tried to call again to the company's customer care no[protected], but I had not any kind of response. After that I called to Mr Uday Partap Singh on[protected], who had sold me the offer. He picked the phone and he told that he will take care of me. I didn't get any response from him also. I tried him on phone for so many times, but no response. Till now I'm continuously trying to get in touch with those fraud people, but failed.

Today I got to know that there is online consumer court. So I decided to lodge the complaint on Consumer Court. So you are kindly request to help me and save other people from this cheater company.The address of the company is as follows:

Mr. Priyanshu Chaudhary of BAGIT TODAY confirmed through BAGIT TODAY ’s official mail ID the following:-

1. If I book 2 holiday packages of 7 days each, then we will be entitled for a life membership, during which we can book a holiday for 7 days at the same amount each year (i.e.Rs.7000)

2. Secondly we won’t have to pay any utility charges.

3. Our membership can be used by family and friends.

4. And lastly, each holiday booking will be for 4 adults.

On above assurance I booked 2 holidays packages in my son’s name (Anant Haldia ID: [protected] & ID: [protected]).

I received booklets and according to point no-3 accommodation will be for 2 adults and 2 children below 18 years whereas where as BAGIT TODAY confirmed me accommodation for 4 adults and there is not a word mentioned about life membership for holiday package. I lodged a complaint on 15/10/2011 with BAGIT TODAY.

Today I received a mail from BAGIT TODAY after many reminders stating that I received same which I ordered, is absolutely incorrect and shocking.


This is a clear cut fraud.

I seek your help in this regard.

I have purchased 3 products from bagittoday via order no [protected] on 2 nov through internet banking. i have used some promocode of bagittoday, given by them only which contains discount, now after sending dispatch details. BAGITTODAY is saying that you have used invalid promocode and that promocode is not for that particular product, they had already deducted money for products.

My question is this
1. when they know the promocode is invalid why they deducted my money or completed the transaction.
2. Why they had given me Dispatch details, that my product is dispatched to my address.

I want to share my experience about shopping a Camera/track suit from your online website.

I got the confirmation mail from your company that my order has been dispatched so i was very happy but when after 3-4 days there was no response regarding the delivery of the same, i called up your call centre and spoke to Raj (agent). It was shocking for me to understand that my product was returned on half the way due to some rubbish fault on your online portal.

The reason which i got from the agent was even not acceptable that the PROMO CODE used was not valid for the camera product. My Question is if it was not applicable for the product then why did it proceed for order confirmation. Moreover even if this was technical fault from your end then why it was not traced on that day itself why after a week this issue was reported. It is not acceptable to believe that the dispatching has been done and half the way the order is returned back to the company.

I was desperately waiting for my order but i am really sorry to say if this is the way the business is done then i believe no one would use your online portal which is full of technical faults.This is completely FRAUD and looting hard earned money. I am surprised why there is no strict action for generating FRAUD business and fooling people.

I received a phone call from BOOK MY HOLIDAYS (bagittoday) & they explained me about their holidays offer, in which they claimed to India today group , that they offering me 7nights holidays, any where in Asia, India and world and they
mentioned few resorts by paying Rs. 7000/.

I have paid Rs.7000 by using my debit card on 03/05/2011 with Transaction ID BIL/[protected]/HOLIDYA/INDIATODAY.

To my surprise, I received an Invoice no :TRNPL/DLI/[protected]/78261 .... Look at the number of people who have been Cheated during the year !! ) ) and a booklet from bag It today on 5-May-2011 with following details. I have also received emails for the same.

As I have tried to enquired about your telecon offer and printed offer mismatch, I got very poor response. Later I referred on internet and found Bag It Today to be a Big Fraud.

One of my friend Booked two packages paying Rs 14000 /- while He received only One voucher worth 7000 /- after contacting on
mobile numbers above, there was no response at all. Seems these mobile numbers are used only for outgoing calls to fool customers.

Once I was lucky enough and got Mr. Vikas on line, he disconnected the phone after realising that to
be a complaint call !!!!!!

This is a same experience with all other customer had and now we are going to file a legal case against Bag It Today for false

promises, Incomplete documentation, Fraud, Cheating. With no official information on Hotels, destinations we have been charged thousands. This is a white collared robbery.

If experience at the beginning is such I cant immagine what could happen when you decide to book a Holiday and get no response / clue once you are landed in foreign land with family members. My appeal to all of you, don't go by soft and sweet words and false promises and gift offered at the time of bookings ( You be sure, you will never get it ) of the telemarketing guys from "Bag It Today" and pay a single rupee to them, you will respond like all o[censored]s.

I would request you to please take strict action against them & see to it that they do not make other innocent citizens of INDIA fall prey to their devious methods of cheating people with false information.

I look forward for to your support in solving this issue by getting my refund of Rs. 7000/= back as early as possible.

I ordered for Lotto Shoes on 20th Aug, 2011 using my debit card on Bag It Today website. On 12th Sep, 2011 the First Flight courier servicer sent back the courier to the Bag It Today's warehouse without contacting me.
Since then i have talked numerous number of times with the customer care of Bag It Today but didn't get any help so far.
Sometimes they say it will be despatched soon. Sometimes they say that they are waiting for the stock availability. Sometimes they say that my parcel has been opened and despathched to some other customer.
I am now too much frustrated.

I got a promotional call from Anjali Sharma (later addressed herself as Anjali Desai) from Bagittoday on 24 August 2011 explaining about the Bagittoday promotional offer for Holiday package. Few days later, I approached Bagittoday for the holiday package and then they showed me a very rosy picture which would induce any individual to buy this product.

After several conversations, I bought the packages on the above mentioned dates. Before buying the packages, I had clearly mentioned my intention for buying this package and they had mentioned that this would fit my requirement. I actually wanted to go to GOA with my friends from Nov 12, 2011 till Nov 19, 2011, which was clearly intimated to them and they said that buying this three packages would serve the purpose. I have been getting almost four to five calls daily from Anjali at Bagittoday convincing me to buy the packages. Once I bought the packages, I stopped receiving calls and updates from Bagittoday. They had also provided me with a mobile no. – [protected], which nobody answered and even if somebody answered there was no assistance provided. This mobile number belongs to Mr. Manish Sharma (who introduced himself as a Manager at Bagitoday). However later this turned out to be a common phone for all the customer care executives, as every time I called them it used be a new person picking up the phone.

I was also promised to provide assistance in filling up the form, however I had to fill it myself as there was no response calling on the above mentioned mobile number.

As mentioned in the order form, I had couriered the three packages on 24 September 2011 to the below mentioned address. The courier package included 3 demand drafts of Rs. 750 each along with the three invoice copies and order forms. The printscreens evincing the delivery of the courier at the office on 27 September 2011 has been attached.

As the courier had reached the destination, I started following up for my booking. Suchit, an executive from Bookmyholiday said that my forms have not yet reached their hands. Hence, he requested me to send all the details via email. Upon review of my forms, he said that the forms are wrongly filled and I need to send revised forms. Upon receipt of the revised forms, he said that my three forms cannot be considered together as this would be termed as GROUP BOOKING. However, during all the confirmation calls I received for the three orders I had clearly SPECIFIED my purpose and they all assured that I can use my three packages simultaneously for the same destination.

In order to understand the reason why my couriers have not reached their office, I called on the mobile number of the person who accepted the couriers at Affordable sales, which was entered on the courier company’s tracking website. The person confirmed that the couriers are in her custody and nobody has yet collected it from her. Another shocking news was that the Affordable Sales office has been shifted and this address is just for receiving couriers.

I understand that I have written a quite a lot of things above, but this is the whole thing which has happened with me. After much argument I got my 21K back but they are refusing to part with the DD amount. The amount of Rs.2250 is not that big amount but it is hard earned money which is wasted without any return on it.

In spite of all this drama, I'm still receiving calls for their other promotional offers. The funniest part is that they don't even know that I got my 21k back. What a wonderful database structure they have?

The order (ID NO: [protected]) was placed on[protected] after a sale agent talked to me over phone and sent me the mailer (copy attached). The offer was for Blackberry Storm 9520 that is suitable for GSM network. What was actually sent was Blackberry Storm 9530 that is meant for CDMA network and was useless for me. I could learn about the mix up only after opening the packing. This was immediately reported by Email.

And as instructed in REPLY Email dated April 3, the Blackberry Storm 9530 was returned on April 4. But to my surprise the same product was returned later and when contacted THEIR staff insisted that it was as per offer. When I mentioned about the offer mail, they wanted me to forward the same and I did so. After that they arranged reverse pick up and when contacted on phone I was told to send both products if I wanted a refund.

Accordingly the following products were returned on June 2 along with a detailed letter requesting refund with copies of the invoice dated[protected] and[protected] as well as a copy of my letter dated April 4, 2011.
1. Blackberry 9530 – Quantity 1
2. JM D PACK (WEIGHT 0.10 CARAT) – Quantity 10

Again I received another old Blackberry Storm 9530 (and not 9520) instead of the refund and there was no mention of the diamonds pack. As requested again in their Email dated July 10, 2011, I returned the Blackberry 9530 along with copies of all invoices requesting refund the sum of Rs.23,999.00.

Till date no reply and whenever I try contacting their complaints no. [protected], they disconnect before hearing my full complaint. I have written confirmation from the Postal Dept. that the article was delivered on[protected]. What should I do? From the number of complaints on the net this appears to be an organized cheating o[censored]nwary customers.
