India Today Group — Non receipt of magazine and very poor service delivery

I have subscribed INDIA TODAY MAGAZINE Good Housekeeping in the month of november 2013.my subscription num is GHK1616243. With great regret i would like to inform that i haven't got my FIRST COPY OF GOODHOUSEKEEPING SUBSCRIPTION till date. How long it takes a subscription to reach to a customer. I am highly disappointed with the services of India Today.Have called up to the customer care many times. The number is always busy. Have emailed to customer care.
