[Resolved] IndiaBulls — Account Closure being rejected on some trivial grounds or other reasons | |||
Indiabulls Help Desk is continuously dodging my account closure by raising some issues despite my filling their Account Closure forms and, the designated Agent named Naveen okaying all forms. Now, they suddenly found some shares of zero value supposed to be lying in my dormant account from a company named "bluebird". Where was my agent napping I don't know. How can a customer rely on his advise if he is tracking with such care as to miss shares impeding Account Closure? I expected back office team to sort out this discrepancy and, not throw it onto the paying customer to annul these impediments. Before Indiabulls team reply, they need to introspect, debrief their Helpdesk team of Dhani, and debrief Naveen not to mislead me.
