[Resolved] IndiaBulls — Account Closure Request still pending | |
My account is yet to be closed. Instead I see various people from helpdesk of Indiabulls (now Dhani) sending generic emails saying the account cannot be closed due to my not providing them the correct forms. I have filled whatever form was couriered to me and, I see this is becoming a procrastination ploy. I have 60 shares of a company that no longer exists (Bluebird India) and, I am told to re-materialise these shares. I am not sure who can help with this INdiabulls mandate. As of today, I know I have furnished the due forms and, expect Indiabulls to do remainder of pending actions and, close. This is becoming a frustration as I am on this for the last 18 months. And, no solution. This is nothing to do with Android App or Indiabulls Loan or, any other service offered by INDIABULLS. I JUST WANT TO CLOSE MY ACCOUNT Was this information helpful? | |

She said she represents the loans section of this Indiabulls Organisation and, that a representative from the Stocks business would be notified along with an overview about my lingering issue.
Hope something would happen, else this case also would be again closed by consumers complaint for lack of representation from the appropriate stakeholder from Stocks business side of Indiabulls.
Can someone help and support me to get this addressed this time around?
