Respected authorities, i m yogesh chandrakant vaishampayan living in nashik, maharashtra, i had taken home loan from you vide account number: hhlnas00237492 dated 31st august 2015, sir i asked your loan officer to put my wife's name along with my name on loan documents and on property documents as well so that to get the incentives under pmay scheme for rs.2.60 lakh. But your loan officer made a mistake and just put my name on property papers. Due to this mistake i can't avail the benefit of pmay. Sir in this connection i am following up your customer care dept. During august 2017 to august 2018, and got the answer that you are disqualified for this scheme. Please note this is not my mistake still i suffered a lot. Sir you're company never mentioned this scheme though this scheme launched in 16june2015 & my loan disbursement was august 2015 sir i m paying since 3years emis, paid lots of interest.
