I had posted this complaint and they marked it as resolved but no one contacted me and i have NOT RECEIVED THE REFUND.
This is with regards to a dhani personal loan.
I've made a payment through Dhani wallet for dhani loan EMI.
I've paid twice through the wallet. But it didnt reflect in the wallets page and dhani separately charged me the Emi amount through auto debit. Now under transactions, the payments are visible.
Please find attached the payments done through the wallet rs.1421 and rs. 2789 and dhani charged me the regular monthly emi as well rs. 1469. So I've paid thrice.
I was informed that I would receive the refund within 3 days (this was on March 12).
I didnt receive it. So I waited for 5 more days and contacted again.
This time their response was, "We have shared your concern to the respective team and will get back to you shortly ".
I didnt receive the refund till date and this has happened last year as well and finally I didnt get my money.
After that there is no response from them.
I've contacted them multiple times but no response. Was this information helpful? |
