[Resolved]  IndiaBulls — Collection agent behavior is worst

I wanted to inform you that I m paying all my dues on time. But dhani collection agent name SHAKSHI called me to make payment for those amount which I swipe before half an hour she called me which I can pay next day. She talk to me very rudely like I m a defolder and she told me that husband se baat karte hai waive baat mat karo. I called to customer care the executive told me he didn't take complaint against collection person. He didn't provide me nodal officers I'd, not transfer my call to his superior and even not told me his superior name. What kind of customer care is this. I have all the recording. I can provide if you want. Solve my issue as soon as possible or else I have to file a legal complaint.
