[Resolved]  Indiabulls Consumer Finance Limited — loan charge

Hi

I have 2 wrong charges on my loan account.

1. There is late fee charge of ₹38.34 for november month. I have already paid that emi on 2nd nov which was the due date. Charge date is 14th nov.

2. And 2nd incorrect charge is on 2nd november for emi charge which shows pending amount of 1050.

I have bank statements which shows that payments had been done on 2nd nov which is on time.

Previously i had talked with you guys and you had waived off the bounce charge for the same because you investigated and found that payment was done on time.
Now you have again charged me wrong. I want you to remove pending charge of ₹1050 and late fee of ₹38.34 for november. I am taking this issue to social media platform and on the consumer website for filing case againg you.

Bank statement for november is attached for your reference along with this mail and screenshot is also attached.
