I have sent so many mails to respective company (Dhani loans and service LTD. Formerly Indiabulls consumer finance limited) for close my account but they did nothing.I took 249 rupees as loan and they took 598 rupees from me still they are asking for money in the name of subscription fees.I got NOC also but still they are sending messages for dues.Why should I pay the subscription money if I am not using it and after paid the...

loan charge
Hi
I have 2 wrong charges on my loan account.
1. There is late fee charge of ₹38.34 for november month. I have already paid that emi on 2nd nov which was the due date. Charge date is 14th nov.
2. And 2nd incorrect charge is on 2nd november for emi charge which shows pending amount of 1050.
I have bank statements which shows that payments had been done on 2nd nov which is on time.br...
