Unnecessary subscription fees
Sir,
I have sent so many mails to respective company (Dhani loans and service LTD. Formerly Indiabulls consumer finance limited) for close my account but they did nothing.I took 249 rupees as loan and they took 598 rupees from me still they are asking for money in the name of subscription fees.I got NOC also but still they are sending messages for dues.Why should I pay the subscription money if I am not using it and after paid the loan amount? They are increasing my dues and sending me messages.Actually I have cleared the loan and got NOC but their customer support asking for subscription fees.Sir, please do something I am uploading some screenshots and My NOC.In their advertisement they said no interest, zero interest but actually they are taking so many amounts.Please do something and solve my issue.I have sent them so many mails but they did nothing

loan charge

I have 2 wrong charges on my loan account.
1. There is late fee charge of ₹38.34 for november month. I have already paid that emi on 2nd nov which was the due date. Charge date is 14th nov.
2. And 2nd incorrect charge is on 2nd november for emi charge which shows pending amount of 1050.
I have bank statements which shows that payments had been done on 2nd nov which is on time.
Previously i had talked with you guys and you had waived off the bounce charge for the same because you investigated and found that payment was done on time.
Now you have again charged me wrong. I want you to remove pending charge of ₹1050 and late fee of ₹38.34 for november. I am taking this issue to social media platform and on the consumer website for filing case againg you.
Bank statement for november is attached for your reference along with this mail and screenshot is also attached.

My due date was on November 2nd. I had made payment on November 2nd. However, bounce charge of ₹472 got charged on my account. I have attached screenshot for the same which includes payment confirmation also.
Please remove the charge amount else I will take legal action against your company.

I follow up my fnf from last 6month still i am not getting my fnf, i send so many mail to resignation team and fnf team there is no reply, please send asap, if i call to respective team also no reply, so i felt very bad experience in this company, i really is told from nov month 2018 to till date i send mail list and i try to call now reply, what a company what a policy,,,,,,

I had taken loan through the 'Dhani' App which is of India bulls Consumer Finance Limited (Personal loan A/c number IPERKOL01086606 and Agreement number ID:[protected] at 23% p.a interest rate sum of Rs. 50000 ...
The EMI of Rs. 1603 use to get deducted every month from my bank account which is in ICICI bank through ECS system but last month that is on 2nd of March 2019 which was the due date I had sufficient balance in my account but I don't know why the money was not deducted and they charged me with a fine of 472 which is 25 % of the EMI itself still i paid the EMI, this month on 2nd of April, 2019 it was repeated again so called them up on 2nd to inform that amount has not been deducted again and so they told me to wait till 4th of April I called then on 3rd of April as well still they told me to wait then again i have called them on 6th of April to inform that again bounce charges have been charged showing in App still they told me wait to wait till 8th but I insisted that i m ready to pay the EMI amount manually but they said u can't pay after talking to them for 1.5 hours they hung the phone then I tried to pay through the app but the App was showing that I have to pay Rs. 4866 But including bounce charged also if I pay it comes to Rs.[protected] + 472). I have also mailed to them but I m not getting any solution so Sir Kindly help me out with this.
