[Resolved]  IndiaBulls — delay in home loan disbursement

An amount of ₹4, 58, 325 was to disbursed by 12- jan-2019 and the same was to be paid to gaursons (Builder). The demand letter (Hard copy) for this amount has already been provided to the concerned person and it was provided on 17-dec-2018.
However, a cheque for that amount has not yet been given to me. Whenever i tried to enquire about it, i always got a same response that approval has not been received. And, today, when i tried to contact the concerned person, he did not answer my call. And, this delay will attract late payment charge from the builder, which i will have to bear because of the delay from your end.
I don't know how much more do i need to wait. And, as the delay of payment has occurred from your side, therefore, please take the responsibility of paying the late payment charge, if any, from your end. As the delay has already occurred in the payment of the installment and the builder will charge a late payment fee for it.
Please suggest that how would that be adjusted. I even wrote to [protected]@indiabulls.com but there wasn't any satisfactory response
