[Resolved] IndiaBulls — demand disbursement on hold and customer care not picking up the call | |||||
I had applied for homeloan from Indiabulls home loan pune Branch- 3RD FLOOR SHOP NO.311 A CITY MALL GANESH KHIND UNIVERSITY ROAD in month of Feb - March and everything got clean home loan got passed. Disbursement got started from May month and with that Pre Emi is also got started parallely. Now from month of october they have stopped the funding from then they stop entertaining my calls. i tried reaching out there Regional head (Naveen Sharma and Anand Ghodake)my personal co-ordinator (Sandeep Ingole)provided by Indiabulls over the call and even to there office. there mobile phone are switched off in office helpdesk says they are not in office. And limit crossed when customer care stopped answering the call they keep end user in waiting for more then an hour and no 1 answered the call. Was this information helpful? | |||||
