Dear Madam/Sir,
I have subscribed Dhani One Freedom Card on Date: (1/5/2021
Application: CL[protected] and paid a subscription fee of Rs. 199. Subsequently on 3/5/2021 I deactivated the One Freedom Card and wrote to [protected]@dhani.com requesting them to immediately cancel the One Freeedom card issued in my favour as I did not want to use that. As I have Cancelled/deactivated the card followed by all steps as directed by the Dhani Support team, I never have used the Dhani One Freedom card neither I have availed any service of it. After a long duration i.e. on 03.01.2022 I received a call from Dhani team saying that I have a due of Rs. 1250 towards my subscription charges. The caller's name was Lokesh. I really don't understand for what reason I should pay this subscription fee! I request the Dhani team to immediately wave this fee and cancel the Onefreedom card issued in my favour immediately. Dear Madam/sir, My numbers are [protected]/[protected]. I can be contacted in any of the above mentioned numbers. I also have several mails to your support team but there is not a single response. My only request is that: I cancelled the card immediately after subscription hence it should cancelled w.e.f. that date and no subscription fee should be imposed on me. It should be waived off. As I have paid 199/- at the time of subscription but immidely deactivated / cancelled the card the following day. So please co-operate and help.
Dear Madam/Sir, I received a call from Dhani call center????? Not sure who was the caller. The caller on the other side asked me to download "Anydesk" on my phone so that he could access my Phone and to make the payment on call. Can anybody trust this call whereas we are coming across n number of online fraud near us every day. Dhani team is requested to kindly Cancel my card without asking me to give such remote access to my phone. I email sent to their support team may be considered and the Dhani One freedom card may kindly be cancelled immediately without imposing any fee. Please be informed the Dhani Call Center executive may be requested to behave properly with the Customers. They should keep their patience and listen to the customer and should not say " App jaise hajaro case ate hai daily" . This is offensive. Please take care of this.
