This is to inform you that i have received top up loan of Rs 125000 on 6/09/2018 and filled out all the information and also received confirmation msg that the amount will be credit in 1 working day but still today(19/09/2019) didn, t receive any amount. Called customer care @[protected] many times, these people only have excuses not resolution, no supervisor, no vision only and only lot of excuses. They have generated cases many times but no resolution till yet.and one of the case no. 00246689. FYI my imps limit is more than 2 lakh. Please do the needful.
