I tried to pay my home rent Rs 29884 using dhani freedom card in phonepe app.but it failed and money was deducted from my dhani freedom card and app is showing to pay first EMI today itself.could you please help me here.

I tried to make a rent payment of Rs29883 using phonepe (transaction id is NX210812095906115173845831) But it failed and money got deducted from my dhani freedom card. Still refund is not reflecting in my dhani account.it is showing 1st of 3 EMIs is pending today. Can you please help.

I applied for loan and my id no is ipermum07899506. The loan amount was 600rs which applied on date of 26/02/2020.
