IndiaBulls — Dhani app took my money and not giving credit limit to use

I am a customer of IndiaBulls Dhani. I have taken a credit limit of Rs. 50000 which monthly subscription fees is Rs. 1178 I have clreared their fees on April 04th, 2022 and on the same day they have inactivated my credit line. After several intimation through mail, phone call they didn't activate my Credit Line. Simply, in this way they are looting customer, cheating with customer like me during this pandemic situation. Requesting to refund my Rs. 1178 since I haven't use their service YET ACTIVATE MY CRIDIT OR REFUND MY MONEY

Updated by Asjad Thakur I have only payment mail you dhani never mail me other activities mail and I am just saying give me this months refund if you can’t give me last month refund then once the refund is reflected in my account then deactivate my account because dhani is a loop hole which no one can understand please pay my money back
