I have been through to your call centre executives thrice within the last 30 days, but i am reaching nowhere. No one has a good answer to my query, as my loan should have closed last month. There shouldn't be any more EMI's for further 2 months because I didn't take any moratorium facility during the first lock-down months. So I had written to your concerned emails but reached nowhere. Even my case is being closed for no reason. Dhani service is so pathetic & unbelievable, i have received no call for this issue and my case is being closed again again. I am not getting any human interaction to my query, customer care executives are passing me around & hanging up calls. It took so long to reach any executive through your IVR and then they put me through to any other IVR option. This is so weird, how can such a bad service you can render to us.
