My name is M. Abdul We applied for loan 400000 and he asked to pay for normal charges 1650 we paid and again asked for 6500 RBI clearance and again asked for 10200 insurance purpose all amount paid still amount is not received and again is asking for a money. We asked we don't your loan amount return all my payment already we paid you. He is not paying my amount is there any action to take this type fraud is going on in indiabulls dhain....

This is to bring to kind notice that i have applied for a loan in indiabulls dhani 06 Nov 2023 wrt whatsapp message. They informed me that i have been sanctioned a loan of Rs 60000. As i am looking for loan to pay my daughter's fees i thought i will go for loan i accepted and submitted aadhar and pan card and account details. they told me that for getting loan you have to pay Rs 1250 towards Regn Fees for which i denied but the executive...

Need NOC for my loan. I cleared all dues 60days ago still i didn't get any notification regarding the NOC.

Now i had applied for home loan it is reflecting in my credit score report.

I paid my dues on 14th August But My Credit score not updated

A year back I paid my loan amount and made an inactive wallet requesting you but my loan account is still active and it's hurting my CIBIL score. like this every month I have taken updated CIBIL and sent an email to you for account close request not sure when you will close my loan account though.
I have sent this request every month from February 2022 you can check all ticket history linked to this email id .

Previous year i used dhani card and i paid all the balance they have shown in the app, but after few months they said i didnt paid one month emi, so i paid the remaining amount after that, but now i received a cibil report for not paying of that payment, how can i solve this issue?

but they are not providing NOC and closing the loan .

We need your help to get the loan closure and they should refund the excess amount which i paid in my last month EMI.
I am trying contact their representative ( Dipali Roy :[protected] but they are not responding now.

I was completely closed all loans by "dhani " but uncessary chaques issued by dhani or Idbi bank and 7/8 time charge 590/- Rs charge and cut of every month every credit my money. in last five years they charge I think my 20, 000 RS. charges debit from my bank A/C.

I have repaid the whole amount and contacted dhani customer care and requested them to close my loan. They said they closed the loan. But after a month i realised that my loan is still active in my credit history. I contacted them a thousand times, but now they are not responding.
And when they did they said i have to pay around 36 rs to close the loan, I have tried all possible way to repay the amount. But i cant even pay anything and these guys are really fraud

I have used and settled Dhani loan Rs 1000 rupees 10 months before . After settled i have sent every month an email requesting close of loan account as it’s hurting my profile.

Every month i have sent an email with CIBIL Report and talked with Customer Care.
Very next day they reply saying they have resolved my issue but it’s still same.

Ordered vitamin c serum from dhani and it was low in price as compared to other apps and it was expiry product . They are not refunding my money
Worsttt app I have ever came across of all and they sell expiry medicine. Would never recommend this app to anyone . I would give 0 star to this app

Their representative assured me that a credit line of Rs 50, 000/ would be provided in case I pay Rs 500.when I went through the application, it is showing " please apply after 12 months. " I asked them to refund the amount but there has been no response. It is a fraud. They should refund. The amount may be small. But it can be replicated in large scale

Kuch Mahine Pahle bhi sms ke dwara fraud notice or money repayment ke liye call or massages aate the but bank lokpal aur pm complaint care aur consumer Complaint me online Complaint karne ke baad sab band ho gaya par Aaj date ko recovery Agent Ghar Par Aaye.

So pls do legal action .

An agent of Dhani finance named Sanjiv Kumar called me. He said that they can provide me personal loan with low interest rate. Only I have to make some payment for loan agreement and insurance charges but they charged me more amount.

Even after paying them more than 50000 rs they have not done the loan amount disbursal.
They are making silly excuses like server is down, bank is closed etc.
Sanjiv Kumar and his colleague Kapil Bharti are the culprits.
Please take legal action against them and refund my money.

I have paid my dhani loan id IDHADEL09666038. ...n its showing closed in dhani app also ...but it is active in my cibil report...so i request u to update it on cibil portal as sooon as possible...coz of this im unable to get lona from other lender.

First There salesperson lie and say to you that you only have to pay 499 Rs.. at first time to get the card and you dont have to charge after these. then they are charging 599 + gst every month as a subscription fee. and even dont have any option to close your subscription. now they are asking me to pay 4 to 5 k as a subscription fee. i did not take any loan any from dhani. my loan amount is not due still they are taking subscription fee. now they are sending messags that if you will not pay these fee then they will file case against me in lok adalat. i am really worried what to do. please help me. dhani is doing fraud. their recovery agent calling me and my relatives and using abusing laguages. and my they are continuously reducing my cibil score. my emaild id is ammarshaikh.[protected]@gmail.com and my mobile no. is [protected].

I have taken personal loan from Dhani it should be auto debited from my account but the last 2 emi where not auto debited even I was not aware of that. later after the due date both emi are got debited. It really impacted my Cibil score my score was more than 700 now it came back to 514 why the hell should I face this even though after making the payment and more over my loan is still showing as active not sure whom to contact.

Mentioned loan has been fore-closed on 16th december2019 after making payment of cash rs.12750/- (Principle amt + interest) at indiabulls karthik executive for vellore division, but not closed my loan and showing cibil affected.. Not responding.. Kindly resolved and clear the cibil
