Hi this is mohit kumar sharma dhani one freedom card holder. My credit limit is inactive even after clearing all my dues. When I talked to their customer care they told me to send the kyc documents so I have mailed them the documents on 11/03/2022. But even after sending the documents there is no response from there side. Their customer care executive have given me the confirmed time of 24-48 hours. But till now there is no response. Everytime they say that it will take more time. So please requesting to look into it as soon as possible.
