Indiabulls Dhani — Dhani pharmacy crediting refund nor cancelling the failed delivery order

Dhani Pharmacy's audit by the CAG anon is the need of the hour.
It said it crediting my refund but I'm stil awaiting for it.
National Consumer Helpline too has responded to my complaint & issues a reference to the company.
