Indiabulls Dhani — Dhani pharmacy neither crediting refund nor cancelling the failed delivery order

Below is my not credited refund of a not cancelled order place on Dhani Pharmacy March 13.
I'm sure Dhani Pharmacy is only admitting payments. I shall file for its audit by the CAG anon.
National Consumer Helpline too has responded & given me a reference however Dhani is making fools of God must know how many so far?
