My emi did not deducted automatically and also i am not able to see my loan detail since last some days but my dhani cash debited in june and july both time and did not reverted this is not my fault i have maintain my balance
My dhani cash should have been credited to my wallet last month but it keep on debiting, and customer support did not pick phone whenever i try even i have waited so long. I don't know what to do with your worst services pls update my account properly and refund my dhani cash and pls creadeted to it in my dhani wallet.
And whenever i try to see my loan statement it showing error and i am not even able to see my load installment status since last 2-3 month
Pls. Improve your services.

Greetings of the day!
I have a personal loan at your bank. I have not missed even one EMI since 05/05/2018 till last month.
However, this month (July’21) even after having sufficient funds in my bank account the EMI was not debited.
Nor have I received any loan related reminders on my mobile number like I always do.
I would like to know why is this happening? And because of your carelessness my credit score will be hampered.
I would like a reply with a solution for the said issue ASAP.
