Indiabulls Dhani — Excess amount debited from my account and I want to cancel my subscription of one freedom plan

I want to cancel my one freedom plan with and also cancel my monthly subscription from dhani .. As extra money has been debuted with any reason nor i have taken any loan or my credit line is not used . The amount was more the the monthly plan ..Now i want to cancel it as i am unable to maintain it and due to extra chargs without any prior reasons ...So kindly pleaseproccede it and cancel my subscription as there is no customer support from the team and the app is not showing the cancel option for unsubscribing .Kindly look forward and cancel it i don't have any ongoing loans and no credit line have been used till date .. I am also facing the same problem there is no option to cancel the subscription, but no one from dhani customer care is ready to resolve my problem, I have wrote many e mails but no response every time they just suggest a way to cancel subscription through app but there is no option of cancellation
