I did transaction of 6897 on cleartrip via Dhani free cashback card on 25th Feb. My transaction failed, but money was deducted. And dhani customer care says transaction was successful and no refund provided. Please help. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (1)

I got the refund credit to my dhani wallet today after 6 days, which is way too high for a wallet. Other wallets like Paytm and Amazon pay give instant refunds. Now the 20% discount on flight offer via dhani card is no longer available. Also, the flight price is now much higher. So, I can't use this money anywhere. I request you to please revert the wallet loading transaction and credit back full paid amount of 7000.65 back to my credit card account.
