[Resolved] IndiaBulls — Dhani Free cashback card, Transaction failed, money deducted but not reversed

I did Rs 1137 bill payment on amazon.in via Dhani pay account on 25th june 2021. My money got deducted but the transaction got failed and the money was not reversed. Today is 10th july almost 16 working days has been completed but still, I have not received my amount. Please help. Jul 13, 2021 Complaint marked as Resolved Provide all the details, like refund reference number date of transaction. On which site/service problem raised, Mobile number, Email address etc. IndiaBulls customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
