IndiaBulls — Dhani freedom card Asking for subscription fee on deactivate card

I deactivated this card long back ago without even using its single credit but then also after so many months I logged in after getting multiple calls from customer care that my dues are pending.In app it’s showing 1250 rs dues which is a scam happening around.
I want my account to get deleted completely.
Even after mailing :[protected]@dhani.com no rpy from their side

I had a call with your customer representative and no issue has been resolved still they are asking me to pay dues.
Are this going to be carry on and making fool of customers.
I am not going to pay any subscription charges to close my account and why I should pay the charges which i have not used.
