Indiabulls Dhani — Getting unnecessary amount and not responding through call back

Since last one month, Im getting followup in various emails and requesting them for call back (Because their customer care number never get connected) as they charged unnecessary amount and even after two time penalty payment again (3rd time) they are showing 7 k+ amount in the Dhani app. Some time on EMI day, they didn't deducted the amount (I don't now why) and due to their fault again hey had changed the penalty also, which i have paid too.

One more thing, at the time on line payment, they deducting higher side amount that visible amount in the Dhani app, there is no details of excess amount at all. My registered mobile number is [protected]
