Dear Sir, It is very much saddened and i am very much disappointed with dhani services. As per the foreclose statement received on Feb 24th from Mr. Nabil i was informed to pay amount of 2681.50 before 26th. As per advised i have closed my loan - IPERCHE[protected] paid amount of 2681.50 on 26th. Then why my cheque has bounced on March 6th. Who will take this responsibility ? and dhani app of my loan still shows active. I need dhani to stop debiting my account Do the stop payment immediately and revert the cheque bounced charges ASAP I have sent 15 emails with all payments details attached still no response. Every time they email that the executive will get in touch to resolve but nobody calls or address the complaint. Expecting your cooperation and support. Also I need dhani to send my NOC immediately.
