DESPITE contacting DHANI customer Service through calls and multiple email, there has been no response However I did receive multiple Messages & calls (by third party hired by DHANI to threaten their customers) from to pay due amount.
I was told to make payment of Rs.4000/- to close my Loan account and NO DUES Letter will issued within 3 working days from the date of payment i.e 31 March 2022. April 2022 is almost over and I still have not received the letter nor the loan has been closed.
As per my discussion with previous Manager (unfortunately I do not recall the name) and present Manager is also not helping to provide his name. FINAL SETTLEMENT AMOUNT of Rs.4000/- has been paid as advised by the Manager (who has left the job) through LINK Provided to me this on 31.03.2022 at 10:28:36 AM (Request Id: 96618261, Transaction ID:[protected].
I was in complete disbelief when I received a call from Customer care/ Recovery person stating that LOAN ACCOUNT is reflecting amount due. On my insistence he connected me with Mr.AMIT TOKAS, Manager (Mobile no.[protected]) on 27 April 2022. On[protected], Mr. Amit Tokas informed us that we will be issued the letter by eod and later refused stating that account showing OUTSTANDING BALANCE of roughly Rs. 1800.00/- additional.
I had to again share the background to him about the loan and about the payment of RS.4000/- made on 31.03.2022. I asked him to clarify why all of the sudden at the month I am being asked to pay this additional amount for when I have already paid the FINAL Settlement Amount on 31.03.2022. He refused to give any clarification and said “YOU PAY THIS AMOUNT OR ELSE THE LETTER WILL NOT BE ISSUED”.
Why I am getting penalized by DHANI with another amount because your team failed to their job.
Also i was made aware of this additional amount on 28.04.2022 Thursday, despite following up for last 30 days. Near month closing I am being informed without any clarification so that they can put another penalty on top of this amount.
THIS is a clear case of CHEATING and CUSTOMER HARASSMENT. Was this information helpful? |
