Indiabulls Dhani — Not activating one freedom card

Hello Sir I Sunil Gadakari would like to inform you that. I am a customer of Dhani I already paid full money to dhani
whatever I took from dhani after that I paid full subscription fee to dhani. But after paying full subscription fee to dhani my one freedom card was not yet activated I tried to reach them but their customer support was not good I had written multiple mails to them and signified my problem sometimes they had given reply sometimes they didn't replied . Whenever they replied I got one common reply that your card is activated but in the app it is showing inactive. I am suffering from this problem from last one and a half month. They bIuffed me from last one and a half month.I need help from Consumer care in two ways either dhani can activate my card or dhani can pay back my full subscription fee. If consumer care want proof I can provide all proof to consumer care.
