Indiabulls Dhani — Not closing loan account even after several Emails

I have used and settled Dhani loan Rs 1000 rupees 10 months before . After settled i have sent every month an email requesting close of loan account as it’s hurting my profile.
Loan Account Number: CL16139802
linked Email : dev.[protected]@gmail.com
Every month i have sent an email with CIBIL Report and talked with Customer Care.
Very next day they reply saying they have resolved my issue but it’s still same.
