My name is Sushant Deshpande and I hold a Dhani freedom card. My card is inactive since 17th of April.
On Sunday 18th Apr I have raised a dispute regarding blocked dhani card. After writing this issue to dhani customer support. Despite of paying all dues on time I was told that my card is inactive for non payment of one of the emi's. I have also shared my bank statement for respective dates and after looking at it clearly indicates that all the dues were paid on time.
It has been 4 days and yet I have not received any possible solution to it. I have received couple of calls from their end but they haven't been able to provide a convincing solution to my problem.
Persons from their executive team were giving such stupid and worthless solutions wasted my more time. These things made me upset with Dhani.Even I am thinking Dhani is fraud company as well as their products. This is my last warning to the concerned team if they fail to give solution I will escalate it to the Consumer forum. Was this information helpful? |
