Very worst expirience from dhani regarding refund. I tried to Load 5, 000 rupees to Dhani account and it got failed. It's been more than 20 days and haven't recieved any refund and Payment gateway is not giving me the refund and bank is also not resposible. Refund id : rfnd_IgLyKQGof8rb6A Number : [protected] Contacted bank, and they haven't recieved any Refund. The amount is credited in Razorpay's upi account. And why you people don't credit back refund amount to the customer? It's been more than 20 days. Where is my money and where is my refund? Was this information helpful? No (1) Yes (0)

I haven't got any response after that, My refund is still not credited in my account.

It has been more than 27 days Now.

And where is my money? Please show some responsiblity dhani
