I realized that Dhani is charging exorbitant subscription charges for no reason, the only benefit that they state is that the customer gets additional 2% discount on purchases, when I asked them to save 1200 rupees I need to at least spend Rs.60, 000/ why will anyone spend so much on Dhani every month, hence I requested them to cancel my subscription and every time I request they ask me to clear the balance due and this is going on for the second month now.
I get a minimum of 5 calls every day and I explain everyone the same thing and they have a standard response stating you pay the balance and then subscription gets cancelled, this is outright cheating to the customer, I had raised a request with Trouble Ticket number 51211350, where I requested very clearly to cancel the subscription as I paid Rs.441 which was due, however I got a response explaining where at Dhani APP can I reach out to cancel my subscription
I seriously do not understand the reason or utility of paying these subscription charges, this is sheer waste of customer's money without any value addition, there is no bank or any service which charges such huge subscription charges without any value creation

I get not less than 10 calls every day and none of them spoke about any resolution, I have been following up on emails almost daily, there was a ticket#51211350 which was raised and this is the response I got
"Hi Sudeer Singh,
Thank you for contacting us. Your ticket 51211350 has been resolved for Closure Related/ Cancellation Related."
What should I understand with this?? please at least respond to my emails and confirm that the issue is resolved, on one end your team states the issue is resolved and on the other end I get multiple calls from your collections team stating I have an overdue pending??
Can someone please help me come out of this Harassment?? I am very sorry for opting Dhani, I promise not to open the Dhani App ever again, request you to let me know all dues barring the subscription charges and I shall get that cleared.
