[Resolved] IndiaBulls — Didn't receive the product yet charged for it.

I have ordered on 20 March which was supposed to be delivered on 23rd March but I didn't receive it, but in the application it is showing as delivered. Even after raising complaint for 2 times I neither received the product nor refund for it.
