EMI deducted twice for my loan account IPERBAN01012048. First I paid the EMI on 8th May 2021 through GPay and again on 10th May 2021 it was directly deducted from my account. I have been reaching out to their customer care number and no one is picking and the call is not getting connect. Have emailed numerous times and they raise a ticket and immediately the next day they close the ticket as closed (without resolving the issue). Am fed up of these people. We hardly earn money and this India Bulls is looting us during this troubled times.

Updated by jastindavis Its been two days and still no one from India bulls customer care has contacted me nor have I received the refund.

Your customer care number is not working. If we email your team closes the case without resolving.

Updated by jastindavis India Bulls your customer care executive called and said that the excess amount will be adjusted along with the principal amount.

For your kind information I have told them that I dont want it to be adjusted but I need a refund.

During this pandemic we hardly earn money and you guys take away our money.

I need this money to run my family.

Kindly Refund. I need refund not adjustment.

If your not refunding this money am not going to pay any EMI hereafter.
