HI,

I had borrowed a personal loan of 10000/- from your dhani app
with EMI for 6MONTH
However, EMI correctly debited for 5month and got bounced for last month (6th EMI) which i came to know wen i received call from collection team

So i told him that there was enough balance in my account to deduct your EMI
also shared the statement for the same on his email id [protected]@gmail.com ------- and paid the EMI 1776/- from your Dhani app

But still he consistently calling me 10 times in day stating that EMI still not received it

it is so frustrating for me wherein it is not my fault
very bad experience with Indiabull Dhani for just a loan of Rs. 10000/-

Instead of calling me u can resolve the isssue without calling me

As i mentioned in the email your collection person is still calling me till date

Your app has promised to disbuss loan within 3 minutes so i applied but it failed to disbuss the amount and today alomost after 12 days you disbussed it to my account which i dont want now . mobile number [protected] they can fetch details of mine if they willing to solve it
