[Resolved]  IndiaBulls — Even after 2 months & multiple assurance Dhani has NOT corrected the CIBIL DPD & removed the wrongfully reported late payments

The late payments have still NOT been removed from CIBIL for LOAN ID CL09034947 and the DPD of 43 for October & 73 for November has still NOT been made 0. I downloaded a fresh CIBIL report right now 09.02.2022 & even today after more than 2 months & innumerable assurances the CIBIL has NOT been corrected for loan id CL09034947, the late payments still have NOT been removed & The DPD for October & November has still NOT BEEN made “0”.

As already discussed this takes 5 minutes to correct an error in CIBIL once it has been identified & never took this long for any other financial institution to correct an CIBIL error. Can you ask you team to kindly just log in to their portal & remove these late payments & DPD’s of 43 & 73 for October & November and make them “0”. Why this correction has NOT BEEN DONE even after 2 months of constant complaints ?????

Do you realise how much of an harassment this is for me & why consequences I am having to bear because of this Wrong & miss appropriate reporting by your team in CIBIL. It did NOT take them this long to wrongfully report the late payments to CIBIL, so why is it taking so long for them to remove the wrongfully reported late payments ?

Was I not told & assured that end of the month your team updated CIBIL for everyone so the DPD correction for loan ID CL09034947 have been done for sure !!

End of the the month is over & it’s almost middle of another month and the DPD for the month of November & December is 43 & 73 instead of 0.

Can you tell me what has been done in these 2 months & why would it take this long for a CIBIL report correction?

I am telling you once again that the payments were delayed for loan id CL09034947 as Dhani did NOT collect the repayments on time for the multiple transactions made against this loan id & I has requested via email & phone call multiple times to collect these payments as my dhani wallet limit was exhausted. They never even sent me the payment link for the repayment & absolutely wrongfully reported the payments as late in CIBIL.

If you do NOT remove these late payments I will further seek LEGAL ACTION now as I have all proof that payments were delayed because of fallacy & incompetence from your end and not mine.

So I am telling you yet again remove the late payments from CIBIL & Correct the DPD section for october & november 2021 to “0”.
