I have received home loan Foreclosure letter on 15th August @11.30 PM which was not requested by me. According to the letter, I have to foreclose my loan account (13 lakhs appx) before 18th August. For each day beyond this date an additional interest will be charged at the rate of Rs 387.63 per day.
I never requested the foreclosure letter. Please check why I received this letter.
I have re-checked my indiabulls mobile app and found that i have not use that fc letter option. Why do i ask for foreclosure letter when i dont have a money in hand to repay. It might be a technical error. I am paying my EMIs on regular basis.
I needed additional loan and for that purpose, on 12th August i put a query for how much top up eligible for my account and i also asked how much loan of mine is pending as i m unable to find the balance loan amt option on the indiabulls app.
Further, i changed my indiabulls mobile app Login PIN on the same day but now i found that i can login with the old pin which should not happen. Unable to login with new pin.
Its really stressful for me. Requesting a speedy reply on my query.
