[Resolved] Indiabulls Finance Limited — loan closed but emi still getting deducted | |||||
My personal loan was foreclosed on 29th March with 4 days advance interest by cheque. Clearing all the outstanding dues. No emi was deducted in the month of April but again in the month of May emi is deducted. I have sent emails to [protected]@indiabulls.com and [protected]@indiabulls.com but they are not responding my emails even after sending them Foreclosure receipts and bank statement. INDIABULLS is unnecessarily harassing me by first of all not stopping the ecs, secondly if the ecs is incorrectly deducted they must acknowledge and refund the money.
