I have applied for a home loan (Ref no: 1012078) for rs 16 lac from ibhfl in august 2018 for purchasing a flat in orchard avenue with signature global as the builder. I am facing serious issues with the working of your colleagues and the way of their working. The issues that i am facing currently are:
1. As per the sales team member, mr. Vikas and mr. Arvind from gurgaon office have told me on around 15th aug. That my loan has been sanctioned to me. But i have not received any intimation or any sanction letter from the official email id of ibhfl. Even after requesting and following up with these sales persons numerous times i got the same revert that their laptop window got corrupted due to which the emails got deleted and they will soon share it. But still, it is pending.
2. 2 days back i got a call from so-called insurance manager from ibhfl who was asking me to take an insurance cover with a premium of 60k. And told me that it is compulsory and you are required to take it mandatorily. Even after reiterating all the applicable laws and regulations that a housing finance company can not force to take an insurance cover he kept on insisting on it.
I also talked to the above-mentioned salespersons and they also said the same thing. Which to me is unacceptable, unethical and unprofessional on part ibhfl.
