IndiaBulls — foreclosure charges

I want to foreclose both accounts and when i am paying the entire amount then i am charged with foreclosure charges @2 % on o/s principal and i am paying the installments properly on time. At the time of sanction of loan i was asked that no foreclosure charges will be charged. Now i want to pay the entire amount but u are charging me with the foreclosure amount which is very wrong. Please resolve otherwise i have to go to rbi and consumer court. My contact no.[protected]
