[Resolved]  IndiaBulls — Foreclosure not requested but still received from Indiabulls

I have received home loan Foreclosure letter on 15th August @11.30 PM which was not requested by me. According to the letter, I have to foreclose my loan account (13 lakhs appx) before 18th August & for each day beyond this date an additional interest will be charged at the rate of Rs 387.63 per day.

I never requested the foreclosure letter. Please check why I received this letter.

I have re-checked my indiabulls mobile app and found that i have not use that fc letter option. Why do i ask for foreclosure letter when i dont have that much money in hand to repay. It might be a APP technical error. I am paying my EMIs on regular basis and will be paying regularly.

I needed additional loan and for that purpose, on 12th August i put a query for how much top up eligible for my account and i also asked how much loan of mine is pending as i m unable to find the balance loan amt option on the indiabulls app.

Further, i changed my indiabulls mobile app Login PIN on the same day but now i found that i can login with the old pin which should not happen. Unable to login with new pin.

Its really stressful for me. Requesting a speedy reply on my query.
