Dear Support Team, On dated 20 Feb 2022 at 05.24pm i got the Message from Noida PayTM saying that mine credit card used for Rs.9942.5. Same time within 15 mins i called to Dhani Customer Care and informed that Card yet not delivered to me and how come transaction done and asked them to stop the payment before card settlement (batch close), in revert they said mine complain had been lodged and asked me to put one email on [protected]@dhani.com.I put the email for the same, but after next day i got call from Dhani to pay the money which was fraudly done. This is very serious issue where all the card details reached to Fraud people and they used for fraud transaction. Kindly look for solution. I Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)
