[Resolved] IndiaBulls — hl disbursement | |||||
I have submitted all my papers for disbursement to Indiabulls office sector 63 noida, they told me that they will initiate the disbursement process only after 30th September 2018 but till today i have been chasing them for the same. Builder is charging late penalty on me for not submitting the payment as per demand letter. Now i am stuck from allside, i have no option left to move consumer forum and builder is also saying to cancel the allotment of the flat. I have paid my all harden money to the builder. I need my disbursement process to be initiated and if india bulls cannot pay the cheque then they should give us the same in writing. We are paying lots of interest...
