IndiaBulls — home loan account number changed and interest rate increased to 12.45 percent | |||
I had taken a home loan from indiabulls in 2015 with interest rate around 9.5. My loan term was 20 years (240 months) the interest rate kept changing up and down till it reached 10.15 percent around march 2018. Every thing was smooth till 3 years till april 2018. Then suddendly home loan account number was changed, (Old account closed and new account created), i called the office and got a reply that all payment value and term will remain same, but interest rate increased slowly until it reached 12.45 percent per annum in jan 2019, without any kind of intimation. Now the term has increased to 40 years from 20 years emi remaining the same.. I cannot understand the calculations. I cannot keep paying the loan emi till i attain 80 years of age. My present age is 44. Please suggest what can be done Was this information helpful? | |||

Biggest Fraud and Cheater Company. It's not a company, it's a biggest scam. Government have to take some actions against Indiabulls Group.
I started my commercial property loan in indiabulls before 15 months with the 10.35% rate of interest. Than they started to increasing roi every 2 to 3 months and now my roi is 13.50%. I visited the Indiabulls branch more than 20 times and i call to customer care many times but they didn't give a any reply and solution.
Indiabulls is the fraud and cheater company. Never take any type of loan from indiabulls and also prevent the peoples who are taking loans from Indiabulls and share your bad experience of Indiabulls with them. So they can take loans from other banks.
