Respected sir/ madam,
i would like to bring to your notice that i have taken a home loan home from ( india bulls housing finance limited ) which started in the year 5/02/2013, which clearly states floating rate, notified time to time, the day when i signed a agreement with india bulls the rate of interest was 10.75% and when the rates kept dropping my rate of interest remained the same even after taking floating rate of interest, when approached the bank said that i will i have to pay rupees 10, 000 /- to bring the rate of interest down which i did they told me that is how they work, when the interest rates dipped further they told me to pay another rupees 10, 000/-, today when the rates have come to 8.65% the bank tells me to pay rupees 5000/- to bring the rate of interest down, the bank authorities told me that this are the guide lines laid down by rbi,
i would like to inform that india bulls is earning on interest has well robbing the customers by offering them floating and than charging us additional cash to bring down interest rates where it clearly states that interest rates changed will be informed, , but never has it been done only at the time of execution of loan amount from my a/c they send me a message, please if you could help me in dealing with this situation where india bulls refunds my 20, 000/ - and follows a strict guidelines laid down by the rbi, rather than bullying the customers.Waiting for your favourable reply, i hereby attached the loan sanction letter of india bulls housing finance limited for further scrutinzation
