Indiabulls Housing Finance Ltd — No information of prepayment charges and documents in hold

Dear Sir, I am Rajesh Patel from Ahmedabad. I have transferred my home loan to Indiabulls Housing Finance Ltd and they have disbursed me home loan and top-up. They have taken around 4 months for whole process. Even after my written request; company has not sent me any welcome kit or details of agreement signed by me. I am also not aware of pre-payment charges. They have not given details of my documents in their custody for mortgage. They have given toll free and local numbers but none is accessible. They are not giving reply in mail even. (as per attached files) I request you to guide me where to complaint against this company. I am available on +[protected].
